4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED

4.1. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a "Dispatch Confirmation" email, which confirms the dispatch of the product(s).
4.2. The contract ("Contract") will apply only to products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order. You must ensure all details provided during the order process are accurate.

5. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered by the estimated date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation. If no date is specified, delivery will occur within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation unless exceptional circumstances apply.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

6.1. Prices displayed on our site are final and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
6.2. Payment must be made in full before dispatch, using the methods specified on our site.
6.3. Prices are subject to change but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6.4. Errors in pricing may occur. If this happens:

• We may charge the correct (lower) price if it is lower than the stated price.
• For higher correct prices, we will either seek your instructions or reject the order and notify you.
  6.5. Promotional codes cannot be combined, and only one can be applied per order.

16. PROMOTIONS

a) Promotional codes exclude sale items unless otherwise stated.
b) Flash sales apply only to specified items and cannot be combined with other promotions.

17. COMPETITIONS

• Participants must follow Zaheen Styles on Instagram.
• Winners are chosen randomly and notified via direct message.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
